PTS and NRP Forms
Hello AMHA Families
There have been some inquiries regarding when PTS and NRP forms are live for the upcoming 2024-2025 season. OMHA need to update the forms to the upcoming year in order for these forms to be completed by us. They have not done that yet and likely will not do that until the current hockey season is completed... sometime after April 8th. You will be notified through this avenue, when the forms become live.
